After a successful Monday night show in August where 250 people were grooving with The Sessh and Frogs Gone Fishin', The Sessh has been invited back.  The band will be supporting YAMN on Thursday Sept. 15th 9PM.  Come on out and be in the band's video and be heard while they record the show that night!  The Belly Up is a state of the art venuew complete with surround sound making it a perfect venue for the Sessh who performs surround sound electro-funk.

Contra Basso Music is proud to announce that both The Sessh and Royal Peeps are nearing the completion of their recordings.  The Sessh is recording a 5 song EP while they eye a spring 2012 European tour.  Royal Peeps currently have three new songs being mixed for release just in time for the holidays 2011.   Both bands are recording and mixing in the Funk Bunker, Eagle, CO and will have their final mixes created by Joel Geist of The Sea Palace Studio in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.  All material will be available for download here at the home of Contra Basso Music.

Contra Basso Music heads to Florence, Italy this month in hopes of establishing solid music connections with Europe.  Our intentions are to bring The Sessh and other Contra Basso Music artists into the European market for live performance.  Currently, the region of Tuscany is being focused on for future touring.

A special thanks is going out to Sergio at Apogee Digital for assisting Cristian with creating custum templates for his live MIDI bass performance with his band The SESSH.

The SESSH have started writing songs for their debut recording.  The SESSHions are taking place in Colorado at the Funk Bunker Studio.  The band is experiementing with a "FUNK on Steriods" sound that focuses on uptempo dance music complementing each members musical style.

Royal Peeps have begun to record their follow up CD to Alessia's Walk.  Mixing for three new songs have started at Sea Palace Studio in Palos Verdes, CA.
